Quinoa Bowl
This duo of quinoa and garden vegetables delivers serious nutrition and evokes the humming streets of Bangkok in a single bite. Colorful carrots, purple cabbage, red peppers, and edamame with protein-rich quinoa get a dose of delicious peanut sauce made with honey and rice vinegar blended with avocado and sesame oils for a wholesome meal that’s mildly sweet with a hint of heat, topped with organic peanuts.

Heating Instructions
All of our bowls are frozen to best preserve their gourmet quality and immunity boosting nutritional value.
Stove top: Place frozen contents in a saucepan with 2 tablespoons of water or our Restorative Mineral Broth. Cover and heat on medium to medium-low for 12 to 15 minutes, stirring occasionally until heated through.
Microwave: Our compostable bowls and lids are microwave safe or use a microwave safe container. Loosen lid and heat on high for 3-1/2 to 4 minutes. Let stand for 30 seconds. Add additional time in 20 second increments if needed to reach desired temperature.
Note: USDA guidelines state that all reheated food should reach a temperature of 165-degrees Fahrenheit before consumption.
