Broccoli Pilaf

Our version of a grain-free pilaf starts with nutrient dense broccoli florets with fresh asparagus, then gets a load of added nutrition with whole sunflower, hemp, and pumpkin seeds in a light, vegan dressing with Dijon mustard and plenty of fresh dill for a delightful dose of flavor. Enjoy on its own or as a side with your favorite protein, this combination of flavors and textures is as satisfying as green goodness gets.

Heating Instructions

All of our bowls are frozen to best preserve their gourmet quality and immunity boosting nutritional value.

Stove top: Place frozen contents in a saucepan with 2 tablespoons of water or our Restorative Mineral Broth. Cover and heat on medium to medium-low for 12 to 15 minutes, stirring occasionally until heated through.

Microwave: Our compostable bowls and lids are microwave safe or use a microwave safe container. Loosen lid and heat on high for 3-1/2 to 4 minutes. Let stand for 30 seconds. Add additional time in 20 second increments if needed to reach desired temperature.

Note: USDA guidelines state that all reheated food should reach a temperature of 165-degrees Fahrenheit before consumption.
