Cabbage Patch Bowl
with Spinach
Hearty and bright, this pleasing combination of lightly steamed cabbage, sweet red onion and tender diced sweet potato is topped with whole leaf baby spinach for added nutrition and a touch of garlic. The beauty of this bowl is its perfect simplicity brightened with perfectly bold dose of lemon for a satisfying stand-alone meal, or as an easy and delicious side with your favorite protein.

Heating Instructions
All of our bowls are frozen to best preserve their gourmet quality and immunity boosting nutritional value.
Stove top: Place frozen contents in a saucepan with 2 tablespoons of water or our Restorative Mineral Broth. Cover and heat on medium to medium-low for 12 to 15 minutes, stirring occasionally until heated through.
Microwave: Our compostable bowls and lids are microwave safe or use a microwave safe container. Loosen lid and heat on high for 3-1/2 to 4 minutes. Let stand for 30 seconds. Add additional time in 20 second increments if needed to reach desired temperature.
Note: USDA guidelines state that all reheated food should reach a temperature of 165-degrees Fahrenheit before consumption.
