In Refrigerator: The best method to heat our Chia Seed Pudding with Berries Bowl is to thaw in refrigerator 24 hours and enjoy chilled or at room temperature.

Microwave: Our compostable bowls and lids are microwave safe. Place frozen contents in a microwave safe container. Heat on high for 2 to 3 minutes and let stand for 30 seconds. Enjoy chilled or at room temperature.

Note: USDA guidelines state that all reheated food should reach a temperature of 165-degrees Fahrenheit before consumption.
