Creamy Broccoli and
Cauliflower Soup

Similar to the classic American cheesy potato soup, this dairy-free version starts instead with cauliflower for its sweet, nutty flavor with vitamin-rich broccoli and a hint of fresh ground nutmeg. Super comforting, thick and delicious, this is an easy-to-like soup for kids (and perhaps grown-up kids) or for those transitioning from fast food habits toward a healthier lifestyle.

Heating Instructions

All of our bowls are frozen to best preserve their gourmet quality and immunity boosting nutritional value.

Stove top: Place frozen contents in a saucepan with 2 tablespoons of water or our Restorative Mineral Broth. Cover and heat on medium to medium-low for 12 to 15 minutes, stirring occasionally until heated through.

Microwave: Our compostable bowls and lids are microwave safe or use a microwave safe container with lid to heat contents. Loosen lid and heat on high for 4-1/2 to 5 minutes. Let stand for 30 seconds to 1 minute. Add additional time in 20 second increments if needed to reach desired temperature.

Note: USDA guidelines state that all reheated food should reach a temperature of 165-degrees Fahrenheit before consumption.
