French Ratatouille with Quinoa
This French stew is fun to say (rat-tuh-TOO-ee) and more fun to eat! Our take on this classic dish incorporates the tangy sharpness of tomatoes and peppers while the spongy eggplant and zucchini that take on the richness of the garlic and herbs. Add some spinach and protein rich quinoa for added fiber and ooh là là, c’est magnifique!

Heating Instructions
All of our bowls are frozen to best preserve their gourmet quality and immunity boosting nutritional value.
Stove Top: Place frozen contents in a saucepan with 2 tablespoons of water, cover and heat on medium to medium-low for 12 to 15 minutes, stirring occasionally until heated through.
Microwave: Our compostable bowls and lids are microwave safe. Place frozen contents in a microwave safe container. Heat on high for 2 to 3 minutes and let stand for 30 seconds. Enjoy chilled or at room temperature.
Note: USDA guidelines state that all reheated food should reach a temperature of 165-degrees Fahrenheit before consumption.
