Green Pea &
Asparagus Soup

Simple and elegant, this pea soup is a spin on a favorite celebrity secret during Hollywood’s awards season. Is it nutritious and fortifying? Or is it dairy free and delicious enough for the A-list? The answer is yes. With caramelized leeks for a natural sweetness, parsley and peas high in vitamins A, C, E, and K, it’s finished with an attention-getting crack of fresh black pepper.

Heating Instructions

All of our bowls are frozen to best preserve their gourmet quality and immunity boosting nutritional value.

Stove top: Place frozen contents in a saucepan with 2 tablespoons of water or our Restorative Mineral Broth. Cover and heat on medium to medium-low for 12 to 15 minutes, stirring occasionally until heated through.

Microwave: Our compostable bowls and lids are microwave safe or use a microwave safe container with lid to heat contents. Loosen lid and heat on high for 4-1/2 to 5 minutes. Let stand for 30 seconds to 1 minute. Add additional time in 20 second increments if needed to reach desired temperature.

Note: USDA guidelines state that all reheated food should reach a temperature of 165-degrees Fahrenheit before consumption.
