Indian Veggie Curry Bowl
It’s no wonder the “cur-ious” history of curry spans centuries, cultures, and continents. Our yummy version starts with caramelized onions coated with the golden, warming spices made saucy with light coconut milk with added diced carrots, cauliflower, spinach, and fresh ginger to aid digestion. Served with short grain brown rice in a time-honored flavor marriage, this is a spunky, satisfying meal for the ages.
All of our bowls are frozen to best preserve their gourmet quality and immunity boosting nutritional value.
Stove top: Place frozen contents in a saucepan with 2 tablespoons of water or our Restorative Mineral Broth. Cover and heat on medium to medium-low for 12 to 15 minutes, stirring occasionally until heated through.
Microwave: Our compostable bowls and lids are microwave safe or use a microwave safe container. Loosen lid and heat on high for 3-1/2 to 4 minutes. Let stand for 30 seconds. Add additional time in 20 second increments if needed to reach desired temperature.
Note: USDA guidelines state that all reheated food should reach a temperature of 165-degrees Fahrenheit before consumption.
