Morning Mango Bowl

Wake up to a tropical delight with some down island goodness in this Caribbean inspired dish. We bring the flavors of the West Indies together by combining mango, coconut, sweet potato, squash and down island spices all in one bowl that can be enjoyed any time of the day, hot or cold. A taste of Carnival in every bite!

Heating Instructions

All of our bowls are frozen to best preserve their gourmet quality and immunity boosting nutritional value.

Stove Top: The best method to heat our Morning Mango Bowl is on the stove top. Thaw 24 hours and enjoy chilled. Or place contents in a saucepan cover and heat on medium to medium-low for 12 to 15 minutes, stirring occasionally until desired temperature is reached.

Microwave: Our compostable bowls and lids are microwave safe or place frozen contents in a microwave safe container. Loosen lid and heat on high for 2-1/2 to 3 minutes and let stand for 30 seconds. Add additional time in 20 second increments if needed to reach desired temperature. 

Note: USDA guidelines state that all reheated food should reach a temperature of 165-degrees Fahrenheit before consumption.
