Turmeric Vegetable Soup
This anti-inflammatory brothy vegetable soup is full of healing spices, including Turmeric, that will satisfy your taste buds and restore balance. One of Turmeric’s many benefits is it increases insulin sensitivity, which leads to lower blood sugar levels and help minimize blood sugar spikes. All this and delicious too!
All of our bowls are frozen to best preserve their gourmet quality and immunity boosting nutritional value.
Stove top: Place frozen contents in a saucepan with 2 tablespoons of water or our Restorative Mineral Broth. Cover and heat on medium to medium-low for 12 to 15 minutes, stirring occasionally until heated through.
Microwave: Our compostable bowls and lids are microwave safe or use a microwave safe container with lid to heat contents. Loosen lid and heat on high for 4-1/2 to 5 minutes. Let stand for 30 seconds to 1 minute. Add additional time in 20 second increments if needed to reach desired temperature.
Note: USDA guidelines state that all reheated food should reach a temperature of 165-degrees Fahrenheit before consumption.
